	Commercial Plumbing Commercial plumbing has been our craft for over ten years. From small office building to large commercial structures, Nelson Mechanical Design has the knowledge to create the commercial plumbing system for your needs. Sullivan - O'Connor Architects Office Building The new office of Sullivan - O'Connor Architects was a combination of commercial plumbing and a warm air/air conditioning system driven by a Daikin air to air heat pump system. Quality and stylish plumbing fixtures, and a ultra-efficient heating/cooling system makes this commercial space a value for many years to come. Saltwater Restaurant The Saltwater Restaurant (formerly the Daily Grind Cafe) needed a major renovation to support its new line of business. We were able to install over thirteen sink compartments, four floor drains, a mop sink, espresso machine, water pitcher filter, appliances, gas piping to new equipment, and a variety of many other new restaurant needs. We performed this installation in a timely manner, surpasing the expectations of the builder, and allowing the restaurant to open as soon as possible. We provide the same service and quick response to all of our other commercial plumbing clients. Medicine Shoppe When the Medicine Shoppe moved to its new location on Beach Rd., Vineyard Havend, some small modifacations where needed to get them up and running. We we glad to help. And although it didn't take much on our part, our timely service and knowledge of the commercial building was crutial in the sucess when it came time to opent the new store. Not only did we provide new installations of required hand washing sinks, but also provided irrigation for the new landscaping and service for the existing boiler plant. This type of project shows that NMD will be there whether the job is large or small, and help assist your business to open and be a sucess.   Bryan Walker - Pacific Cotton Bryan Walker, a.k.a. Pacific Cotton, is a stylish retail store in the heart of the Vineyard Haven located right on Main St. We were crucial in developing and installing an effective heating and cooling system for the retail space and the three rental units above. Our custom installation allows the owner to monitor the utility use of each rental space and be able to aportion heat and hot water use. This make the rental space effective and useful for the owner while keeping the retail space comfortable for it's clientel.
