DUCTLESS SYSTEMS
Ductless systems offer an ease of installation that ducted systems cannot. These systems can provide cooling, and often times, provide efficient heating as well. There are many indoor models to choose from. Most manufacturers can provide a single outdoor unit to feed up to three indoor units (or zones). For more on heating, please see our Air to Air Heat Pump page.
Daikin is one of the world's largest HVAC manufacturers. I provides unserpassed efficiency and quality of construction.

Highwall Unit

This is the most common of ductless indoor units. This unit is mounted on an exterior wall about 12" from the ceiling. Refrigerant piping is installed through the wall to the outdoor unit.

Flush Ceiling

The flush ceiling unit is a good choice for those customers who do not prefer the highwall unit. Most of the unit is recessed into the ceiling. The white four way diffuser grille is the only part seen from the living space.

Ceiling Suspended

The ceiling suspended unit is great for an office or workspace due to its utilitarian asthetic. Easily installed due to its exposed nature.

Console Unit

The console unit is normally installed for a ductless system that is both heating and cooling. It is floor mounted which is preferable for heating.

Single and Multi Split Outdoor Units

These outdoor units can provide heating and cooling efficiently. These quiet units can power one, two, or three indoor units.

VRV-S Outdoor Units

The VRV-S outdoor units can provide heating and cooling with incredible efficiencies. The can power even more indoor units than the single and mutli split types - up to 125% of their capacity. They can not only feed ductless systems, but also ducted as well.
