| In today’s plumbing market,
there are many hot water heating systems to choose from. We can
offer every type of hot water heater on the market. Hot water systems
can be supplemented by one of our systems. Commercial hot water heating can become
400% efficient when installing a
system. Below are our traditional hot water heating systems to choose
from. |
| Tank type water heaters maintain
a tank full of hot water at all times. On demand type water heaters
are more efficient; however, they cannot offer recirculation lines
to cut down on wait time for hot water at the plumbing fixture.
A recirculation line will create a constant flow of hot water from
the farthest fixture to the hot water tank, eliminating wait time
for hot water at a sink, tub, shower, etc. |
Electric
This hot water heater offers trouble free use for our customers
that do not have propane available in their buildings. These heaters
range in every size for every need. |
Propane Power Vented
Reliable hot water heating for medium to large homes that have propane
but do not have a masonry chimney available for flue piping. The
flue piping for this type of water heater is installed with PVC
through the band joist of the building.
|
Indirect
Efficient hot water heating for homes that have a hot water boiler
that will heat a tank of potable hot water.

and a masonry chimney available for flue piping.

Gas fired tank-less hot water heater
are the most efficient conventional way to heat your potable hot
water. Fired only when a hot water fixture is used, gas fired tank-less
hot water heater modulate their gas train based on the amount of
hot water that is needed.

Electric tank-less
hot water heaters are good for a building that uses very little
hot water at a local point such as an office building with a hand
washing sink. While not nearly as efficient as their gas fired counterparts,
they are much less expensive to install and good for small loads.

This type of electric hot water heater has a heat exchanger which
allows us to connect solar hot water panels. When there is good
solar production, the electric element does not energize at all.
On days when solar production is fair or poor, the electric element
will energize and backup the solar hot water heating system.
|
This hot water heater has two heat exchangers. The one at the
bottom recieves heat from the solar hot water heater panels. The
one at the top recieves heat from the boiler plant. The boiler
plant will only contribute when the solar hot water panels are
not providing enough hot water.
